J & G Grill

A lively exhibition kitchen, wood burning fireplace and stunning views create an inviting backdrop for superb cuisine at the J&G Grill. Every aspect of this comfortable yet elegant hideaway realizes signature Jean-Georges sophistication far from home.

Polished Venetian plaster walls are warmed by the glow of a double-sided wood burning fireplace. Surrounding walls are clad in gray quartz stone, stacked below a ceiling framed in walnut ceruse beams. Classic herringbone carpet introduces a motif that is repeated in the marble wall finish of the open grill.

Custom walnut furnishings reflect clean lines in the modern styling and incorporate high grade burl veneers and a light, crisp color pallette. Plush velvet drapes frame the floor to ceiling windows with magnificent slopeside views, providing the backdrop to soft off-white leather wrapping oval banquettes. Modern light fixtures with clean lines add an urban sophistication to this mountainside retreat.

Jean-Georges' J&G Grill combines a curated selection of Jean-Georges' greatest appetizers, gourmet pizzas, side dishes and accompaniments from his portfolio of domestic and international restaurants around the world. Each dish is created with the highest quality meats and freshest local fish available in the market. Simply grilled preparations accompanied by bold condiments anchor the J&G Grill dining experience at The St. Regis Deer Crest Resort.

At every opportunity, chef de cuisine Matthew Harris incorporates the principles of "slow food" and local "farm to table" cooking in his menus. Seamless service, intriguing wines, brews and specialty cocktails are all part of the Jean-Georges experience.

Chef Harris's culinary background includes training at some of the most critically acclaimed restaurants in the Atlanta area, including Market by Jean-Georges in Buckhead, and TROIS, an award-winning modern French restaurant in Atlanta.

J&G Grill invites intimate dinners at the Chef's Table with 12 seats in a glass-enclosed dining room overlooking the Deer Hollow ski run, or on the adjoining outdoor Chef's terrace.

J&G Grill is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
